Coaching and Mediation

Coaching provides individual support in a work environment. The issues are determined by the client. The target of coaching is to have the client reflect upon unclear problems, intentions and decisions, to clarify them, and to develop implementation strategies.

You can take advantage of coaching in order to:

  • better manage your tasks
  • find clarification caused by unclear situations
  • strengthen your resources
  • discover new strengths
  • be supported when making decisions
  • solve problems
  • reorient yourself professionally
  • find a better work-life balance

Mediation is a structured process with which acute or frozen conflicts can be dealt. The mediator supports all parties in their efforts to solve the conflict. He does not offer solutions to the conflict situation but aids those involved in understanding the other sides of the conflict. This strategy can even be implemented in advanced conflict situations. Additionally, the mediator supports the parties in developing solutions to the conflict. As a result, solutions can be found upon which all those involved can agree.

Mediation can be used to:

  • solve conflicts between individuals
  • get results even when the works council and the management are in a gridlock
  • to settle difficult-to-solve conflicts within management
  • to solve harassment issues
  • to find constructive solutions to conflicts with outside parties such as suppliers or clients

We use a systemic approach, which means that we introduce the client to new views regarding the interaction between himself and his environment. By doing so, the client can recognize the impact he makes on his company or any other systems involved. Our work is based on a positive point of view, on the firm belief in the capabilities of the client and on respect for the client's values, convictions and attitudes. Additionally, our clients can benefit from our professional perspective and experience as an HR manager.
